HOMEMADE BREAKFAST BURRITOS, YOU GUYS:
1/4 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup diced green chilis
1/4 cup diced onions
3 eggs
Shredded white cheddar cheese
Italian seasoning, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, ground black pepper.
Whip every thing together, pour into greased frying pan at medium/low heat (between medium and low), heat until eggs are fully cooked, melt cheese into two tortillas, mix in egg mixture, wrap and NOM NOM NOM.
I think I’ll try adding turkey sausage next time.
Side Note: Two of these things comes out to 804 calories, which is a lot, I know, but they’re so big that you’ll be full forever. One is 402 calories, which is not as bad, but also not as OMG SO MUCH FOOD. I really only make these every once in a while, and when I do, it’s the biggest thing I eat during the day. Because, jesus, look at them. What more do I need to eat today?
